Sunday,and we are finishing our packing to head off for two weeks in the Sunny Isles. Pendragon,the healer, my sweetheart, has been rushing about all morning,checking that he has this and that in his leather two week satchel. He has also been checking that I have this or that in my hard-shelled faery two week bag. I think it is called excitement. Pendragon is a mystic, a philosopher, and a healer of Souls. I love him to the roots of my gossamer wings. Two weeks in the Sunny Isles with him will be two weeks of fun and will give me lots of time to decide what I need to tell you about life in Dingley Dell. Once upon a time there lived a little faery,the Rainbow faery,and she lived in the fifth toadstool from the left in a small cul-de-sac in Dingley Dell. Dingley Dell is by the sea on one side and in the country on the other,which gave her a fascinating insight into both worlds.She was a teacher of imps,sprites and as multifarious a group of pixies as you could ever find. Those were hard and difficult days as she felt a huge responsibility to bring culture ,refinement and education for life to a whole new generation of faery folk. latterly she has put this calling aside to take up more creative pursuits. Dancing in the moonlight is one of her favourite pursuits,as is making things for wee folk,and painting mixed media faery landscapes. All in all the world looks more beautiful to her now. However her days in the Faery Academy were some of her finest and she has many happy memories of "wee folk" who came into her life.Funny stories, sad stories,and even the occasional scary story would fill the book of her life if she only had time to tell it.She lives in the fifth toadstool from the left with her fiance Faery,More of him later.He is a very special person in her life , and she hopes to tie the knot with him in the faery Ring next year.Above all the Rainbow faery is the happiest of magical folk at this time of her life. Her family and friends are close and wish her well in her new pursuits.she does have strange neighbours as i have already said. More of them later too. She has many ambitions and hopes to pursue some of them in the next few months. Rainbow faery will convey the details of these as they emerge. Some may even involve some faeries of eminence and celebrity.
Rainbow Faery takes time during the week to broadcast in the Dingley Dell Community Radio Network, with songs of yore and interviews with local Bigwigs her speciality. Her fellow broadcasters are fine folk, each an individual magical marvel. Life is truly blessed and filled with wonder for her as she goes through her daily life. peace and love to you all from the Rainbow Faery.

It's Friday and there's much commotion in the fifth toadstool from the left. Inside we are packing for a much needed holiday. Off to a warmer fairy ring for a couple of weeks. It's been a strange time .My very strange neighbour is moving.We never really got to know him beyond a few awkward chats on the toadstool doorstep,but you get used to people ,no matter how odd or different from yourself.We have made up various stories as to whom he really is,and what might be going on behind the fairy curtains, but that is just part of the magic of living next door to people.In the end you get used to what you don't know,and no one enjoys a change of face staring across the fence.I wonder who will be next. I"ll keep you posted. For now we will just have to enjoy the untidy array of belongings leaving through the toadstool gate.
